Our Conclusion

Both of these Dewalt planers seem to be very well built.

Their overall performance is good and the features on each tool are rated well.

Though Dewalt tends to be a bit more expensive than the competition I don't think that it is wasted money.

It seems as though Dewalt has produced some more winners and if you look at some of the feedback about these two planers on Amazon alone you will find much of it is positive.
